After many years in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries, Peer founded the company in 2002 to initially serve the media industry with the ongoing conversion of online and off-line media.

Soon the focus shifted back to the automotive field and activities further expanded to global business development, training and coaching.

With increasing international assignments, the HQ was moved to the UK in 2014 and Convermedia Consulting Ltd was set up, now involving a diverse team of international partners.

Since the end of 2020, there is also a temporary presence in Japan.
